ze7777 User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and ze7777 ("ze7777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://ze7777.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account in accordance with Section 13 below.

ze7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or an in-platform notification in advance of the effective date where reasonably practicable.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings ascribed below unless the context otherwise requires:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. ze7777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is below the required minimum age, we will immediately suspend the Account pending age verification and will void any winnings if the User is found to be underage.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ze7777 makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate in all jurisdictions. In particular, Pakistani users should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. ze7777 does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani regulatory body. This is not legal advice.

3.3 Registration Restrictions

You may not register an account if any of the following apply:

• You are under the minimum legal age as set out in Clause 3.1;
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on behalf of, or funding an account for, another individual;
• You have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform;
• You are an employee, contractor, director or close family member of ze7777 or any of its technology partners;
• You are a politically exposed person (PEP) where prohibited under applicable AML frameworks.

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the Platform's registration process by providing accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether opened deliberately or as a result of re-registration — are prohibited. ze7777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void outstanding bets and forfeit Bonus Funds associated with duplicate registrations.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must immediately notify ze7777 via the Help Center if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ze7777 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ze7777 may require identity verification at any stage — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a deposit threshold being reached, or where AML monitoring flags a review. Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani users includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport, proof of current residential address where required, and a liveness or selfie check. Documents must be submitted only via the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never submit identity documents through unsecured channels such as chat messaging applications.

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes, for the benefit of any third party, or in connection with any commercial operation. Systematic or automated wagering strategies — including scripted betting, bot-assisted play or any form of API exploitation — are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to ze7777 — at registration, during KYC, in relation to payment methods and during any support interaction — is true, accurate and not misleading. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.3 Currency

Accounts held by Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in PKR unless an alternative currency arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing. ze7777 does not guarantee specific exchange rates where currency conversion is applicable.

5.4 Platform Access

ze7777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to download, reproduce or distribute any Platform content. ze7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protections.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier and may include bank transfer, mobile wallet options and cryptocurrency. Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are for payment-context guidance only. These providers are not affiliated with ze7777 and do not endorse or support gambling activity. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method permits transactions to online gambling platforms under that provider's own terms and applicable law.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits — including minimum deposit amounts (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 as illustrative examples), maximum single-transaction limits and daily or monthly throughput limits — are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method, account tier and applicable regulatory requirements.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that were used for deposits or that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ze7777 may withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) an AML review is in progress; (c) outstanding Bonus Fund wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse of the Account.

6.4 Currency Conversion

Where currency conversion is required — for example, in the case of cryptocurrency deposits converted to PKR — the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fee will be clearly displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation. ze7777 does not guarantee that rates will be favourable at any given time.

6.5 Transaction Fees

ze7777 does not currently charge its own transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party fees may be levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider or cryptocurrency network. These fees are outside ze7777's control and are not reimbursed by the Platform.

7.1 Bonus Terms Apply

All promotions, bonuses and special offers available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of opt-in. These include, without limitation, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. By opting in to any promotion, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. As an illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 of qualifying wagers to be placed before any remaining bonus amount converts to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type — slots may contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Exact rates are published on each promotion's detail page.

7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single wager restriction applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit — regardless of whether the wager wins or loses — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the promotional expiry period stated at opt-in will be removed from your Account automatically. Expiry periods commence from the date of the promotional credit or first deposit (as specified per promotion) and are not extended.

7.5 Abuse & Misuse

ze7777 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using systematised low-risk wagering strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"); or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

ze7777 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its reasonable discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance notification in the Platform interface. A wager being displayed in your bet slip does not constitute acceptance.

8.2 Errors and Misquoted Odds

In the event that odds are published in error — including as a result of a system malfunction, data feed error or human input mistake — ze7777 reserves the right to void any wager placed at the erroneous odds price. Users will be notified and stakes returned. ze7777 will not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on erroneous odds.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to connection-dependent odds updates. ze7777 will not accept liability for bets placed based on outdated odds resulting from network latency on the User's side. ze7777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during a sporting event.

8.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles and live dealer games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealing procedures supplied by the Platform's technology partners. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge figures displayed on game information panels are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

8.5 Dispute Resolution for Settled Bets

Any dispute relating to the settlement of a wager must be raised with the Help Center within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. ze7777's decision on bet settlement, following its review of available data, will be final in the absence of a demonstrable system error.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps configurable via your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a defined play session duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders at configurable time intervals displaying session duration and net position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspensions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account access suspension for defined periods or indefinitely.

Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before becoming effective. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game assets and promotional materials — is the property of ze7777 or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no right, licence or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited access licence described in Clause 5.4.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ze7777. Scraping, automated data collection or systematic downloading of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability

ze7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access. ze7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, connection failures or data transmission errors beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. ze7777 accepts no liability for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise — arising from wagering activity conducted on the Platform. By registering and wagering, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited.

11.3 Third-Party Services

ze7777 is not liable for the acts, omissions or service failures of any third-party payment processor, game technology provider, live data supplier or telecommunications network. This includes but is not limited to payment processing delays attributable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-enabled banks, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other financial institution.

11.4 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ze7777's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account;
• Using a false identity, forged documentation or another person's identity or payment method;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using funds derived from criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ze7777 staff or other users through any support or communication channel;
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures by attempting to register a new account during an active exclusion period;
• Engaging in any activity that ze7777 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, deception or bad faith.

13.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Help Center. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any Real Money Funds balance (subject to KYC completion and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by ze7777

ze7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; (c) AML or fraud review requirements are not met; (d) the Account holder is found to be underage; or (e) continued account operation presents a risk to the Platform's integrity, other users or applicable legal obligations.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to access the Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including Clauses 10, 11, 12 and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect following closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ze7777 is licensed and registered as a legal entity. ze7777 does not represent that the Platform is operated under Pakistani law or licensed by any Pakistani authority.

In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ze7777's internal dispute resolution process via the Help Center. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures available under the applicable operator license.

Nothing in this Clause shall restrict a User's ability to pursue remedies available to them under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.

ze7777 may update these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting User rights, bonus conditions, fee structures or eligibility criteria — registered Users will be notified by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
